Joining the Insights team in 2002, Susan uses her conscientious, and thorough approach to ensure all our clients’ needs are met to the best of our ability. The main support contact for clients, practitioners and our core team, Susan is integral in aiding the delivery of Insights solutions and programs. A kind, compassionate listener, Susan is always ready to help, wanting all our customers to have a legendary experience with Insights.

A proud Grandmother, Susan and her husband spend free time exploring local playgrounds and engaging in activities with their grandchildren.
