She processes evaluators for upcoming workshops, prepares participant materials, and packs the many assorted materials that go into an Insights Discovery workshop. She is a wizard at logistics and when an Insights Facilitator arrives at a venue to facilitate an Insights workshop, Nataly will have ensured the facilitator has everything needed to deliver the perfect learning solution.

He has held organizational leadership roles in retail and commercial banking, general insurance and human resources. Sharyn has been with Insights since 2000. She is the first person you speak with when you call the Vancouver office. She keeps track of upcoming Insights workshops and events and has a unique ability to make sure all materials and people are in the right place at the right time.
