Leslie designs and delivers high impact solutions to enhance organizational performance. She has a passion for people and connects effectively with all levels of employees, thereby inspiring the Insights Learning and Development corporate motto of “Immediate Impact – Endless Possibilities”. She has an engaging and high energy approach to facilitation.

Steven Tory
Managing Director

Leveraging his extensive experience in managing multi-million dollar businesses, Steven’s primary role is Managing Director for the Insights offices in Calgary and Vancouver. He brings his unique brand of inspiration and leadership to the regional Insights team, as well as to many clients around Calgary.

Nataliya Chopty
Program Support Specialist – Vancouver

Nataliya brings a professional approach to event and workshop coordination.  She processes evaluators for upcoming workshops, prepares participant materials, and packs the many assorted materials that go into an Insights Discovery workshop.  In April, 2018 she was awarded the Q3 Legendary Experience Award for outstanding customer service from our offices around the world.

Client Relationship Director

Based in the Vancouver office, Barry brings over thirty years of business experience with a unique combination in Leadership, Sales Management and Human Resources Strategy.  He has held organizational leadership roles in retail and commercial banking, general insurance and human resources.  Recognized as an exceptional coach and leader, he understands the critical connection of employee development and organization results.

Rosalin ensures the happiness of all the Insights Canada West staff and vendors by making sure they get paid in a timely manner, as well as handling all the necessary bookkeeping and reporting functions of two growing and very busy offices.

Joining the Insights team in 2002, Susan uses her conscientious, and thorough approach to ensure all our clients’ needs are met to the best of our ability. The main support contact for clients, practitioners and our core team, Susan is integral in aiding the delivery of Insights solutions and programs.

Glenda is a Senior Consultant with over 25 years experience in Organizational Effectiveness and Learning Development who began her career in Vancouver before relocating to Calgary.  Her passion is working with individuals, leaders and teams to realize their potential.

David approaches a Discovery session to help people find their ‘centre’, and learn to leverage their strengths towards a more fulfilling career and a happier life. He seeks to provide ‘a-ha’ moments for workshop attendees, and hopefully to inject a bit of dry humor into the process.

A Certified Virtual Facilitator, Dale specializes in communication, persuasion, and strategic business development.  He is an expert who helps organizations and their leaders expand their communication capacity, and consequently, their ability to influence and sustain change.His exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with high energy and humour are strong assets as a facilitator and speaker.

With the Insights Calgary team since 2005, Donna is a highly committed professional, passionate about helping individuals and teams achieve even higher levels of performance.  With over twelve years of human resources and business experience in the Oil and Gas, Engineering and Health Care fields.

Sharyn Skalnik
Manager, Client Support – Vancouver

Sharyn has been with Insights since 2000.  She is the first person you speak with when you call the Vancouver office.  She keeps track of upcoming Insights workshops and events and has a unique ability to make sure all materials and people are in the right place at the right time.  Sharyn is our first line of customer service and the liaison with our client’s administrative assistants, as well as our Licensed Practitioners.

Lori Thorleifson
Program Support Specialist – Calgary

Lori handles all the logistics behind event and workshop coordination.  She prepares participant materials, processes evaluators for upcoming workshops, and packs the many assorted materials that go into an Insights Discovery workshop.  Lori ensures the facilitator has everything needed to deliver the perfect learning solution.
